Step 1 - First Of All Open Google Chrome and Follow Below Link. :)

Step 2 - Now Click On " Add This to Chrome " to Add The Group Leave Extension to Your Chrome Browser.
Step 3 - Now Go to Below Link. It Lists all The Groups you are In.

Step 4 - After That Click on The Add-on And Click On Leave All Groups.
Step 5 - Now Wait For Sometime .. It'll Remove You From All The Groups. :)
